24.05.05 --- SS:XBOX Mod v.1.50 released!

After a long time of no news here, I finally have something for you :)

The new version of SS:XBOX features quite some new stuff, like new hud,

new multiplayer mode, jetpack, ability to play FE and SE as one game in SE, etc etc...

Of course it still has the lives and combo system that was in the first release version

Right now, I'm working on enhancing SEd a bit more, by making new entities.

They will give you quite some new opportunities and I'm sure that you'll like them ;)

In other news, SeriousSam 2 was released some time ago (as if you didn't notice)

I'm part of the beta testing team for the editor, but I'm not really allowed to tell you much.

 

24.05.05 --- News!

Didn't expect this, did you? :P

Some time ago, I've released the first version of my current mod, the XBOX mod. It's leaned on the XBOX version of Serious Sam, if you couldn't guess ;)

It features lives (based on scores), a combo system and some of the improved weapon models from the XBOX game.

I've been working for some time now on the next version, which will have a completely new hud, and a new round-based gameplay mode, in which players fight

together against monsters and have to either survive for some time, kill everything, or maybe also other objectives (can be specified in map).

There will also be some new enemies (mostly variations from current ones though, like a minigun biomech), and with some luck I'll get more XBOX models for this mod from Croteam ;)

 

15.09.04 --- New Bomberman version !

Yep, finally managed to finish it. It features some new items, new maps, bugfixes and gameplay enhancements.

Edit: Finally managed to release a proper working version, so the link is valid again.

 

02.09.04 --- Some general news

Been some time since I posted the last update, mainly because I was sorta lazy and didn't do that much stuff.

Worked a bit on a new version of Bomberman though, hopefully I'll manage to keep focus on it, then you can probably see it in some days.

Can't make any promises though :P

 

13.05.04 --- Bomberman Mod Released!

Yes, I know I released it some time ago, but I didn't get around to update my page. Anyway, this version is finished now and sorta playable. It features 4 maps, 6 powerups, a round system and some other stuff :P You can get it here

 

23.04.04 --- Yes, I'm still alive ;)

Hmm, I think I should keep updating this site more frequently, atleast if I have actually done something :P I have restarted working on my bomberman mod, and I eventually fixed that bug with raycasting not working. Right now it is in quite a playable state(atleast over lan or splitscreen, looking at the netcode :P). I have included 3 powerups up till now, a more bombs powerup, an increased range powerup, and a powerup to remote trigger your bombs. I also implemented some kind of round based system, because you wouldn't want to restart the server once all except one player is dead :). right now you can see a screen here: --->link<---

 

24.01.04 --- Some news, not much though

Started on some kind of Rats map again, using some photographed textures and stuff. Also, I'm converting most of the architecture to Ska, but it somehow doesn't really show an improve in performance....strange...Also coded some stuff, but always ran into problems I couldn't solve, because they either were too weird or my coding knowledge is too limited.

 

27.09.03 --- Muchos news

I'm getting more into coding, I've unlocked several of the enemies Croteam originally left out because of game balance. I've sent them a mail and asked them for the permission to use the models which were created for those enemies, let's hope they'll agree and sent them :D.

I've also coded an own enemy, it's based on the bio-mechanoid, but it's got another skin and it spawns gizmos instead of shooting rockets/laser. I know, that's nothing big, but quite much for a beginner like me ;)

My SeriousArcade mod will be continued, as most of the bad syncs have been fixed now, I need to test it some more.

I've redesigned the news page a bit to make it look better, I hope you'll like it.

Yep, my first mod with a little coding is released...

Not really finished, but already playable...

I recently started working on a map with many traps, this'll be nasty...

No screenshots though, since you wouldn't be able to spot much on them

I finally found a new host!

I like it pretty much till now, everything is

 faster and there are no ads!

At the moment I'm kinda lazy, I started working on

a remake of my first map "City War" and I'm mainly tying

to improve the performance which is already much better

than the original version.

Not many things going on here...

I bought Gothic 2 last week so I'm not working very much

on my maps. I posted a screenshot of a map I started yesterday

and I added some contents.

30.11.2002 -- Improved design

I improved the design a bit, I still don't like it really much but I think

it's a bit better than before....

 

29.11.2002 -- Some more content

I added some more content to the page. There are some new screenies

of my newest map and I fixed some spelling errors...

Oh, and for everyone living in Germany : Gothic 2 shall be released today

and I think it's a game you shouldn't miss...

The page is now online. There isn't much content yet and the design sucks, too, but I hope that I can improve it.
